Add businesses to the maps at the Basic or Essentials level. The small package includes 75 Basic or 25 Essentials level businesses. The large package includes 150 Basic or 50 Essentials level businesses.
Unlimited print-ready white label maps from template. Four hours/year to update the template plus 30 minutes/map to customize. $70/hour for maps that require additional customization.
One tour developed/year. Tours include a route and and can be swapped out at any time.
Custom Web Map interface for two maps. Additional maps $100/year.
Fully custom web map $750 to configure - $500/year.

Businesses listing includes information about the business but no photo, special offers or events.
Essentials
$240/year for member businesses that sign-up directly.
$215/year to upgrade from basic.
Features: Businesses are on all of the maps and apps with a standard icon visible at region or county level. Icons are above basic icons but below premium icons. Listing can include a photo, special offers, and events.
Standard includes one branded map/year

Premium

$335 to upgrade from basic.
Features: Businesses are on all of the relevant maps and apps. They are represented with a larger icon above all other icons except sponsors. Listing can include a photo, special offers, and events.

The Community Map lets you add your businesses at a discount and then use it as an index to your town.
The Community Map also connects participating communities and ties them to Washington’s recreation story.

All community plans put your town or organization on all of the Northwest Portal web maps and apps
Information Boxes and Photos
Click on any point, trail, or area to get more information about the business or recreational opportunity. The information boxes include all of the basic information users need, with directions. All participating Communities and Essentials or Premium businesses can include a photo in their listing.
On the app, basic information is displayed with the option to see more information. On the web map, a single click brings up everything.
Filters
Filters allow people to find the perfect destination based on business services, amenities, recreation facilities, days open/event month and more. Communities can include their amenities and services in their listing so the community will come up if someone is looking for services that its businesses offer.

Icons
Plans differ by the size and style of the icon, if they are overlapped by other icons, and at what point they become visible as users zoom in on the map.
Participating Communities have their name highlighted on the Web Maps and Apps
Community Basic level businesses have a smaller icon on the maps.
Businesses at the Essentials and Premium level have larger standard icons and appear above lower-tier businesses.
Sponsors have the largest icon with reversed colors so it stands out on the map. Sponsor icons appear over all of the other icons.

Print Maps
A la carte community members can get two branded maps per year. Communities and organizations that sign up for a package can have unlimited print-ready white label print maps per year (maximum 30-minute customization per map). Essentials level businesses can get one branded map/year. Premium can have three branded or one white label map.

Custom interfaces, Web Maps and App
Custom web map interfaces are an inexpensive way to put your stamp on any of Northwest Portal’s maps. A custom interface loads one of the regular maps - but you can change the organizations in the sponsor block, the items included in the filters (including what filters are available and limiting select filters to just member businesses), and you can customize the pop-ups and associated text.
Fully custom web maps are built on our data and map system, but you can customize every element: the places shown, colors, icons, background, filters, etc.
Custom apps are available in collaboration with our partner TOTAGO. You can have an App using the Northwest Portal data built on our template or the TOTAGO template and can request additional customization from TOTAGO.
